paul rote Stonerized early Floyd vibes . More Floyd than stoner . This is quite good and a real mind melt .

Flic a flicka flicka flac . Lose your mind in icy waters . Something about Saturn , Neptune Titan .
This album is Astronomy Domine on steroids . I keep waiting for Lucifer Sam to pick up his stethoscope and ride his bike to Matilda’s Mother’s chapter 24 in the interstellar overdrive. Favorite track: Part 2 - Denial.

FDJ (Desert Psychlist) Psychedelic grooves that recall happy, if somewhat hazy, times listening to Syd Barrett era Pink Floyd Favorite track: Part 1 - Awakening.

1.
waking up from the sound of the alarm clock numb and dizzy from the pressure building up collecting thoughts feels like a static shock he clears his mind for the final checkup one switch flip away from reaching the sky one switch flip away from reaching the sky one mistake away from the final goodbye one switch flip away from reaching the sky what is everyone looking at why is everyone looking at me
2.
I hear static sounds fading alarm horns shading backgrounds We are airborne as the sun goes down we're going faster as the earth recedes we're going faster as the light goes dim we're going faster as the darkness grows we're getting closer vessel reaching final velocity approaching orbit trajectory as clouds are reduced to small dust bunnies a faint shadow arises in the horizon
3.
spaceship crumbling under his feet everything's fading in a heartbeat walls and floors are turning into dust all dreams and hopes ready to combust blown away and stunned by the final blast his mind gets stuck in hibernation flirting with neural decimation approaching eternal oblivion
4.
drifting through the solar wind surrounded by shattered stones spacetime elegantly trimmed soft shivers spread through his bones
5.
is this really happening and why am I still alive does anything have a meaning Am I the only one to survive spaceship dust floating around while gently poking at me am I just another debris will this nightmare ever shutdown
6.
angst-boiled blood rushing his veins he gazed at the earth waiting for answers and maybe some form of apology punching remains of the spaceship he turned on the communication system and prepared for future negociation
7.
hi there I'm calling from above your heads something went wrong, I'm the only one left entropy grows, the cold feeling spreads, I think that my visor is probably cleft something appeared and crashed all that you built it got us like a rabbit on the freeway send someone to pick me up or I'll die there's not much oxygen left anyway
8.
the Earth kept on revolving without me abjection kept on evolving within me I feel like a dandelion seed floating away from the storm's eye hopeless is this worth staying awake or am I holding to something I can't stand by hours turn into days around me I can see my eyes in the visor I feel like a dandelion seed floating away from the storm's eye hopeless what brought me here is slowly turning superfluous, one can get used to the void for it molds your consciousness into mush

about

This album is comprised of two suites narrating the story of a random fellow being sent to space. As things go south he'll experience the 5 stages of grief and take a front-row seat to the Floating Man thought experiment by Avicenna.
